This guarantee is to protect the seller if for any reason the buyers

financing falls through because of no fault of the seller or the property.

This guarantee is valid even if the buyer has loss of job, incurs new debt, funds to close come from an unacceptable source, or credit score drops. If the buyer does anything to jeopardize their financing, my guarantee still stands!

The following conditions will void this guarantee...

• If any property issues or the value prevent financing.

• If the seller backs out of the contract.

• If closing extension is requested by the buyer and not granted by the seller.

• If buyer withdraws application and seller agrees to allow them to do so.

• If buyer decides to back out of the contract when financing is still available.
